PA systems, microphones, digital consoles and monitoring, configured for the event, whether it is a meeting, a conference, a stage show or a hybrid event.

Production lighting
Stage, front and effects lighting that works in the room and on camera, from a clean conference wash to a concert rig with moving heads and haze.

Audio-visual
Projection, LED screens, confidence monitors, camera feeds and playback, switched and managed from front of house.

Staging and structures
Modular staging, truss and roofed structures built to the right size and shape, with space for lighting and branding.

Instruments and amplification that meet national touring riders, set up and ready for soundcheck.

Live streaming and recording
Multi-camera streams and recordings for congresses, AGMs, church services and shows, so people who cannot be in the room can still take part.
Why LineOut
Proven at scale
Every winter our crew runs sound and technical support across more than 40 venues at the National Arts Festival in Makhanda, which we have done for 15 years. We have also run stadium nights for CRC Harvest and a national conference across three venues at Coega for SA Auto Week.

Do you supply the crew as well as the equipment?
Yes. Our systems are set up, operated and packed away by our own technicians, and every event has a technical lead you can speak to on the day.
Can you work with a venue's in-house equipment?
Yes. We can supplement what a venue already has, or run the whole show on our own system. We usually visit the venue first to check power, access and rigging points.
Can you stream or record our event?
Yes. We do multi-camera live streams and recordings for conferences, AGMs, church services and shows, and we have run hybrid events with delegates in the room and online.
Can we hire equipment only?
Talk to us about what you need. We rent out sound, lighting and AV equipment, and we will tell you honestly whether your event needs a technician to go with it.
