Who we are
LineOut Productions CC ("LineOut", "we") is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at info@lineout.co.za, on 041 364 0011, or at 64 Mangold Street, Newton Park, Gqeberha, 6045.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message, and anything else you choose to give us, such as your organisation, phone number and details about your event. When you email or call us, we keep the details you share.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our hosting keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, plan and deliver your event or installation, and keep proper records of our work with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run this website and our email, and with suppliers working on your event where they need it to do their part. We expect them to protect it. We will also disclose information when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the work and the law require, for example for tax purposes.
Keeping it safe
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection, and we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@lineout.co.za and we will help. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
